India beat an Higher Ranked Malaysian team 3-2 in an international Freindly encounter at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.


Sunil Chettri(39',53') was the Indian Team ace,as he scored a brace and also created an chance which was netted by Jeje Lalpekhlua(47').

For Malaysia,it was Safee Sali(45',60') who was able to pass the indian Goalkeeper.

It was the First win,that India registered under the new coach Savio Medeira.
